I’ve had allergic reactions at least 3 times now:

The first time it was in San Francisco, in the summer of 2018 or 2019 (need to check).

The second one was in Zürich, in the summer of 2020.
- The third one was in the summer of [[2022]], specifically on [[2022-08-14]].

The recurring [[patterns]] are:
- I was outside.
- It was hot.
- I was walking around, maybe a bit physically exerted.

They ran thorough checks in [[2020]] and essentially didn’t find anything very clear. They told me not to worry to much about it and to always carry antihistamines and a corticoid.
